* Lets use the common solution, and change our supported
interfaces while we're at it:
* Our panel (by default) uses AOSP color profiles.
* Our panel does support HBM (right now), but elsewhere.
* Our panel does get along with Color Calibration &
Reading Mode, which are done SDK side, and require
no HIDL manifest entries.
* Our panel does get along with Picture Adjustment
features, so leave IPictureAdjustment in place.

Adjust reserved partition space
* Increase reserved partition space for vendor and add reserved
partition space for system_ext so both partitions can be
written to, regardless of GMS presence.
* Increase product reserved partition space so smaller addon
packages that write to the product partition like MindTheGapps
can be installed.
* Increase the amount of available space on the system partition
so the user can optionally choose to install other addon packages
that write to the system partition such as OpenGapps.

Simplify AVB flag logic
* AVB's `--flags 3` argument builds a disabled VBMeta with
disabled hashtree, so no need to set both flags individually.
