The sensor offset was introduced to resolve the correlation impact for camera use cases so camera-critical tz is not required anymore. Bug: 160294041 Test: check if camera-critical tz was removed. Change-Id: I3a28e8d8f4619685d843a3a6d815bf3b272a0776
