ec62c009a6 Volume curves: alarm and a11y can't be muted 
Also rename "DEFAULT" curves to "TAIMEN_DEFAULT" to
 highlight the fact that these differ from the default
 curves in frameworks/av/services/audiopolicy/config/default_volume_tables.xml
