Miguel de Dios	ff1557a9eb	Allow thermalHAL on Wahoo to look up thermistors by name. ... Instead of hardcoding thermal zone numbers, make thermalHAL look up thermistors by name. This is a backport of the way thermalHAL keeps track of thermal zones in b1c1.
