480544d501 Assign easel related devices world rw 
In 2018, easel is going to be open for more applications instead
of camera only. Change the permission of easel devices to world
rw to allow easel processors accessing the devices. The selinux
rules are still protecting the devices accessed by non-permitted
processes.

c2b327d441 ueventd: grant access to easel dev to other users 
This change is required to support playstore updates.
Access to the device is controlled by SELinux policies
and restricted to the update APK and the cameraserver.

2e50fd967f Add eSE daemon. 
It managed the eSE by accessing the driver through the /dev/pn81a node.

Test: Boot brings up esed which connects to the eSE.

9f28ebd426 Add permissions to access wlan device node
