924d75cfd8 Power Profile: update walleye 
Updating all power profiles using the same scripts. Previously,
every power profile was generated using different algorithims.

72d349d02c Have Walleye use the new brightness curve. 
Muskie got updated to the new machine learned autobrightness curve but
Walleye was missed. This corrects that oversight.

5920105381 Add config option for always on display availability. 
By default it's false since always on display requires special tuning,
but we've done that for M / W so set it to true.

270bb04874 power_profile: Fix device overlays 
Overlays listed first take precedence over overlays listed later.
List muskie/walleye overlays before adding common overlays. Also,
resources outside of the "values" directory are overlayed by the
file so copy the data in power_profile.xml under wahoo to
muskie/walleye.

27a52f0b0e muskie: muskie/walleye overlay changes for auto-brightness 
Enabled the muskie/walleye-specific overlay directories and added
auto-brightness values for muskie and walleye in their respective
config.xml overlays.
