Mark Salyzyn 0edb398ed6 Walleye: Enable ext4 share dup blocks ...

Resolve adb remount and system image build issues by enabling
BOARD_EXT4_SHARE_DUP_BLOCKS := true, which also adds extra
partition space for expansion.

Test: lunch wahoo-userdebug && m -j500 && flashall && boot
