Ryan Chu d6ec9698da factory: disable gestures wake up and lock screen ...

To avoid accidental touch during factory production, disable the following two features under Settings > System > Gestures:
- Tap to check phone
- Lift to check phone

Additionally, disable the lock screen by default to make the factory production process more seamless
