In order to properly support ZuiCamera, we must set our device model
to match what is used in our stock ZUI ROM for zippo. We must also
set some specific props that is needed for zippo's ZuiCamera too.

* AOSP defaults to true but 10 QC telephony extension sets it to false.
* Restore AOSP behavior by enabling it with a system property which has
higher priority over global system settings which is used by QCOM w/o
modifying the jar.

On stock ROM L78051 CN 11.5.381 Q Stable they have it in vendor, but these
are system props that cause denials when in vendor
