f5e3530b33 rtwo: Properly include and load GKI modules 
This allows GKI modules to be copied to GKI module partition,
that is system_dlkm.

536ed212da dubai: Remove bdroid_buildcfg.h 
As of I3c7aed1bdb45db728d319f7d757400e44d232283 the Bluetooth stack
defaults to reasonable defaults that should work for all devices.

0c19abc894 berlin: Replace AndroidBoard.mk modules copy with BOOT_KERNEL_MODULES 
Hacky copy rules were prone to fail because of some kind of race
condition.
