8cd2aba4f5 rtwo: Update from rtwo_cn-user 14 U1TR34.8-19-2 9bfa3-adc28 release-keys 
Pin euicc, hotword and MotCamera4 (the one on retcn doesn't have Google Lens)

Also pin some CarrierConfigs that don't exist on retcn
