Pin euicc, hotword and MotCamera4 (the one on retcn doesn't have Google Lens)

Also pin some CarrierConfigs that don't exist on retcn

09ee00e236 rtwo: unset BOARD_USERDATAIMAGE_PARTITION_SIZE 
This not only saves a lot of build time when building with
TARGET_USERIMAGES_SPARSE_EXT_DISABLED and/or
TARGET_USERIMAGES_SPARSE_F2FS_DISABLED which is required
on A14, but also removes the need for the build system to
temporarily create a 230+GB userdata image.
Which means that less free space is required to start the
build.

bdfa407ffe rtwo: Replace board flag for building GKI modules 
Android 14 introduced BOARD_SYSTEM_KERNEL_MODULES and it conflicts with
the currently implemented GKI handling setup, so workaround and migrate
to SYSTEM_KERNEL_MODULES.

f5e3530b33 rtwo: Properly include and load GKI modules 
This allows GKI modules to be copied to GKI module partition,
that is system_dlkm.

536ed212da dubai: Remove bdroid_buildcfg.h 
As of I3c7aed1bdb45db728d319f7d757400e44d232283 the Bluetooth stack
defaults to reasonable defaults that should work for all devices.
