This now matches securemsm-kernel configs for kalama. Essentially, QCOM explicitly loads hdcp_qseecom_dlkm in recovery and also decided to load qrng_dlkm in the first-stage in order to improve booting times. Change-Id: I6ff0debc8eaabf3d2ee0d06771f74b90d21e1804
