0456cab2f5 beyond1lte: enable RAW on all cameras 
* Remove condition (someVar >> 4 & 1) != 0
  in createScalerAvailableStreamConfigurationsOutput
  (pretty much at the end of the method)
  to unconditionally enable RAW on all cameras
