Vaisakh Murali d961ca9019 rosemary: Drop MTK audiopreprocessing ...

OSS counterpart works well, instead of using prebuilt blobs, use oss
where possible. This has no adverse effect on the audio quality.
Switch to OSS libaudiopreprocessing.
