Taniya Das 95f5b5bd23 ARM: dts: msm: Add support for TSC & ETU node for cinder 
Add device node for Time stamp counter and Event timestamp unit.
Update the pinctrl settings for ETU and add the documentation binding
for the TSC & ETU.
