Subject: [PATCH] dt-bindings: kgsl: Add compatible string for Ravelin GPU

Add "qcom,adreno-gpu-gen6_3_26_0" compatible string for ravelin GPU.
New compatible string is to enable GPU feature set for ravelin SOC.
