This change adds documentation for the GPU memory pool property
"qcom,mempool-max-pages" which can be specified for each pool.
This property provides an option to limit number of pages that
can be pooled in a given pool.

The Adreno devices are renamed from GenC to Gen7. Remove the
older GenC names for Waipio and Waipio-v2 GPU now that the
corresponding code changes are in place.

The GenC naming will be phased out in favor of Gen7. Use both strings
in the Waipio and Waipio-v2 dtsi temporarily till the kernel code is
updated.

core properties, this is needed to enable the v2 version of the
c500 target.
