Jishnu Prakash 1d3bf9c896 dt-bindings: rpmh-regulator: Add support for PBS RPMh resources 
PBS RPMh resources are used to trigger PBS sequences, which
may be used to toggle the enable state of regulators which are
required to be controlled by HW enable option.

Add support for them.
