Gurbir Arora 6c69729ad4 ARM: dts: msm: Add bwprofiler nodes to anorak 
Add bwprofiler nodes to anorak. The nodes include
3 bwmons, bwprof_0, bwprof_1, bpwrof_2, with each
responsible for measuring total, CPU, and GPU bandwidth
respectively.
