0a51242abc Convert InputClassifierTest to parametrized test 
The test is currently based on old vts harness and not in vts suite.

4e8633ec30 Add VTS tests for InputClassifier HAL 
The VTS tests are needed to test the InputClassifier HAL.
Add some basic tests here.
