38a78e1fa9 Static link test lib shims with test -impl libs. 
* So that vts no longer needs to push the shim libs in hidl test.

android.hidl.base@1.0 and android.hidlmanager@1.0 are built into libhidltransport.

604e8f0da2 Test for getHashChain() in IBase. 
Each interface has a getHashChain() method that
returns the hash of all .hal files from the rtti
of the interface up to IBase.
