077b73b7ab update-makefiles.sh: for partial Java pkgs 
Packages which contain some non-supported Java types can still have
their Java-supported types used in Java.

1ae4615d9f Update hidl makefiles for bpfmt 
hidl-generated makefiles are now generated such that bpfmt(file) == file.
