1eb1f36877 Audio VTS: Fix empty parameter list failures for AudioV6 
For AudioV6, OptionalInputBufferSizeTest isn't included in macro
GTEST_ALLOW_UNINSTANTIATED_PARAMETERIZED_TEST.

74e251efd3 remove duplicate soundtrigger VTS tests 
SoundTrigger VTS tests were duplicated in minor version updates.
This is not required and thus removed.

09032da2d1 remove stopAllRecognitions VTS test 
The stopAllRecognitions API is not used at the layers above the HAL, and
it requires the HAL to own the state of all active recognitions. This
API causes discontinuity with the upper layers also maintaining state
information.

The VTS requirement is being removed.

34a4184d91 Convert Python OMX VTS test to Gtest 
Moving the extra tests from
test/vts-testcase/hal/media/omx/V1_0/host_omxstore/VtsHalMediaOmxStoreV1_0HostTest.py
to the OMX Gtest in VtsHalMediaOmxV1_0TargetMasterTest.

This is mostly validating the RoleInfo and NodeInfo data obtained from
IOmxStore interface.

Switch away from using wifi's custom implementation to block for
supplicant/hostapd daemon to come up.

38ae830152 Add Tuner HAL VTS tests into the exception list of the uninstantiated 
parameterized tests

The previous fix in the ag/12249074 added the allowlist funtion
under the .cpp file. But they should be under the .h file where all
the test suite classes are defined.
