04f859a9b9 blank_screen: shut off all lights 
This is used to make the phone appear off by init
during late boot (e.x. fsck for disk health), so
it should shut off all lights (not just the screen).

64a7afb07e Add 'blank_screen' util. 
This can be transitioned to by init to shutdown the
screen thereby preventing init from either depending
on binder or accessing halified sysnodes directly.
