17ba27bc61 graphics: set maxThreads to 4 for the allocator 
This should help buffer allocation performance.  We choose 4 because
that is the number of binder threads in SurfaceFlinger.

c8e3295842 gralloc HAL uses "default" service name 
The getService() and registerAsService() methods of interface objects
now have default parameters of "default" for the service name. HALs
will not have to use any service name unless they want to register
more than one service.
