ac6927f0b7 audio: Introduce read PCM from FMQ session functionality

964f323023 Move libbluetooth_audio_session out of v2.0 folder 
libbluetooth_audio_session must be version agnostic, and support both
2.0 and 2.1 bluetooth.audio vendor libraries
