01d5a1d2f1 bootctl: fix reconnect logic 
Instead of just logging an error message, let's try reonnecting to the
bootctl service if our death recipient is invoked. We should also
reconnect our death recipient here.

If binder is killed, our death recipient is automatically unlinked.

d5d0c5500a bootctl: pass cookie to death recipient 
On binder death, the cookie is the value that is passed to the death
recipient. This value shouldn't be nullptr here since our onDeath()
function expects an instance of BootControlClientAidl. If that doesn't
exist, we have a null pointer dereference which will cause update_engine
to crash.

cba986107b boot_control: use overrides 
BootControlClientAIDL and BootControlClientHIDL are child classes of BootControlClient. We should
use proper inheritance and override the base class methods.

28b6b2b1b6 boot_control death recipient 
When boot control service dies, we should log that it is no longer
available. To do this, we should register a death recipient in the
client.

ac5383d204 Add bootcontrol HAL APEX 
To make the binary(and the apex) smaller, refactored dependency types.
The binary in the apex is now statically linked to its dependencies
if possible.

dbf321c5ee Update bug component from Android Systems to OTA client 
It's been a while since the Android Systems bug component does not
access the creation of new bugs for triage, instead, new bugs must
be created in the subcomponents of the team.
This change updates the bug component originally associated to this
subsystem from the Android Systems' 30545 to OTA client's 1014951.

781b4ff19e Check if AIDL service is declared before calling wait 
If bootctl AIDL service is not installed and we call waitForService,
caller will block indefinitely. So check with
AServiceManager_isDeclared before calling waitForService.

b66d2a08f0 Add a wrapper for callers of BootControl HAL 
We are switching BootControl from HIDL to AIDL. All clients must be
compatible with both implementations. To ease implementation, create a
wrapper that will use AIDL if possible, and fallback to HIDL otherwise.

01d460b408 Extend the bootcontrol HAL to get the active slot 
The existing HAL has a setter, but no getter for the active slot for
next boot. The information is useful. For example, clients may need
to figure out which build the device will boot into.

In the resume on reboot case, we want to put the vbmeta digest
together with an encrypted key. And the vbmeta digest is associated
with a set of images (depending on which slot to boot into).

d610435ac4 update hidl .bp 
HIDL libs are not necessarily part of VNDK now. Because some are
used by VNDK libs, they are still VNDK. But rest are now just
vendor-available.

.hidl_for_test files are also removed because they are used to exclude
test-purpose hidl libs from VNDK libs.

Instead, .hidl_for_system_ext files are added to tests/lazy to
distinguish them from others which are installed /system.
