Since these were combined into libhidlbase.

38a78e1fa9 Static link test lib shims with test -impl libs. 
* So that vts no longer needs to push the shim libs in hidl test.

d52e0ff21a Mark hidl test libs as vendor. 
They must be on the vendor partition for hidl_test to be able to link to
them when the VNDK is in place.
