aad51fa000 Rename vts-core to vts

34de57d194 remove stopAllRecognitions VTS test 
The stopAllRecognitions API is not used at the layers above the HAL, and
it requires the HAL to own the state of all active recognitions. This
API causes discontinuity with the upper layers also maintaining state
information.

The VTS requirement is being removed.

0c2ce357b1 VTS tests now static link to HAL def libs. #2 
And use VtsHalTargetTestDefaults.

Test: crop out all non-affected tests from vts-hal-hidl.xml and run
vts-tradefed run commandAndExit vts-hal-hidl --skip-all-system-status-check 
--skip-preconditions
2 failures, same as without this change:

GatekeeperHidlTest.DeleteUserTest

e3c9a8c27b Basic target VTS test for Sound Trigger HAL 
As all sound trigger HAL implementations use proprietary
sound models this just tests proper enumeration of HAL
properties and proper error response from HAL when methods are called
with obviously wrong arguments or out of sequence.

Test: build and run test
