Shik Chen d4b8d2179f Camera: Fix a crash in removeCamera()

mCameraInfoMap is a KeyedVector, we should use .valueFor() instead of
operator[] to get the value from a key.

Camera common HAL definitions

Overview:

The camera.common namesapce is used by the Android camera HALs for common enumeration and structure definitions.

This includes standard status codes returned by most camera HAL methods.

More complete information about the Android camera HAL and subsystem can be found at source.android.com.
