Kalesh Singh 30fa141c80 memtrack: Update AIDL memtrack hal documentation 
Fix Memtrack GRAPHICS type definition to also inculde
GPU-mapped DMA-BUF memory.

Clarify SMAPS_UNACCOUTNED should also include memory
mapped with VM_PFNMAP set.
