Marissa Wall 9c5ebfc5ba gralloc: update lock and lockYCbCr

IMapper 4.0 does support lockYCbCr functionality through lock and
BufferMetadata getters. However, we will wait to add the support in
one central gralloc library. For now just stub out the call so
there aren't any compiler errors.

Camera common HAL definitions

Overview:

The camera.common namesapce is used by the Android camera HALs for common enumeration and structure definitions.

This includes standard status codes returned by most camera HAL methods.

More complete information about the Android camera HAL and subsystem can be found at source.android.com.
