The new authenticatorId will always be needed by the client after invalidation finishes. This change allows the client to receive it without requesting getAuthenticatorId. Biometric HALs
Overview:
The interfaces within the biometrics.* HAL tree are used by the Android Biometric Services (e.g. FingerprintService, FaceService) to discover and operate biometric sensors on the device.
