Shuzhen Wang 9f89b05379 Camera: Add a new tag for multi-resolution stream support 
- The new tag is used to remove the ambiguity when a physical camera is
backing more than one logical cameras.
- Add missing VTS tests for multi-resolution stream.

Camera HALs

Overview:

The camera.* HAL tree is used by the Android camera service to discover and operate camera devices available on the device.

More details and versioning information can be found within each particular HAL.
