Austin Borger 5e80374926 Camera VTS: Fix processColorSpaceRequests.

Changes were made to process10BitDynamicRangeRequest and the way frames
are numbered. This needs to be carried over to
processColorSpaceRequests.

Camera HALs

Overview:

The camera.* HAL tree is used by the Android camera service to discover and operate camera devices available on the device.
