Joe Bolinger 25e9823f63 Add update context method to face and fingerprint HAL.

This is needed for changes that occur mid-operation and was lost
from the previous changes when switching from the single context
method to the overloaded approach.

Biometric HALs

Overview:

The interfaces within the biometrics.* HAL tree are used by the Android Biometric Services (e.g. FingerprintService, FaceService) to discover and operate biometric sensors on the device.
