Since the client may end up never retrieving the interface instance for sending it over Binder, postpone setting of the scheduler policy to until that very moment. Audio HAL
Directory structure of the audio HAL related code.
Run common/all-versions/copyHAL.sh to create a new version of the audio HAL
based on an existing one.
