The camera test cases already already run in binderized mode for any devices that have this mode enabled. Additionally remove the missing camera device todo as well. This should be handled by the VTS infrastructure. Camera provider service constant updated as well. Camera Provider HAL
Overview:
The camera.provider HAL is used by the Android camera service to discover, query, and open individual camera devices.
It also allows for direct control of the flash unit of camera devices that have one, for turning on/off torch mode.
