Greg Kaiser 9b77fd1272 Fix NULL check

We were checking 'info' twice and not checking 'msgs'.  So we
fix that up, and fix a typo in the message.

Camera HALs

Overview:

The camera.* HAL tree is used by the Android camera service to discover and operate camera devices available on the device.

More details and versioning information can be found within each particular HAL.
