Marissa Wall bf9f6d39ed gralloc: name buffer at allocation time

Allow the client to name their buffer at allocation time.

b/141632767 will let the client(s) query the name of the
buffer later.

Camera HALs

Overview:

The camera.* HAL tree is used by the Android camera service to discover and operate camera devices available on the device.
