Jayant Chowdhary ed8ec83813 Add some updates to documentation regarding concurrent camera operation. 
- Add documentation about giving hints to camera HAL about concurrent
  operation before configuring sessions

- Limitations on ZOOM_RATIO_RANGE during concurrent operation.

Camera HALs

Overview:

The camera.* HAL tree is used by the Android camera service to discover and operate camera devices available on the device.

More details and versioning information can be found within each particular HAL.
