b60f0caf76 redfin: Enable refresh rate toggle in Settings 
This device supports switching between 60 and 90 Hz refresh rates, so
expose it in Settings -> Display -> Smooth Display for users to save
battery if necessary.

Test: visual confirmation after toggling several times

85860d1817 redfin: Remove aosp's 'show battery percentage' setting 
This setting does nothing in lineage so let's not show it.
Lineage has it's own implementation for this setting in LineageParts.

90b0a25a8e redfin: Don't copy aosp_excluded_hardware.xml to vendor 
This will only hurt GPS accuracy. Let's just drop this.

2506b849f4 redfin: Rename privapp-permissions file to avoid conflict with gapps 
When these permissions are updated and MindTheGapps are installed
addon.d will revert them to their previous state, preventing the
system to boot for missing privapp permissions in the whitelist.

c9d3722c59 redfin: Set up proprietary files extraction 
* Blobs that can be built from source code are built from source.
* The proprietary files lists are generated by comparing stock partition
  contents with AOSP generated partitions.
