ad0ca5e298 Update wifi idle current 
Update wifi idle current to align with other Pixel devices. Blueline has
the same RF component as Blueline and thus should use the same 79mA for
idle current.

025e155c51 HbmManager: Reduce compensation because of LBE interaction effect 
To reduce LBE interaction effect and to prevent over compensation, the
patch reduces the compensation with lower alpha value in the images and
removes the compensation image for over 50K level.

ead919cd48 Update SAR table to mitigate RSE issue 
Set BLE power to 20  (5 dBm) in the SAR table, the actual power would
be around 6 dBm, consider back off margin. This will only impact the
BLE power when the phone is associated with 5GHz wifi network.

214cb227e2 vibrator: Add a threshold to filter out some short vibration cases 
Some app will use short vibration to implement haptics effect and
those cases will feel a delay from the motion awareness mechanism.

We add this patch to filter out those cases since those behaviors
beyond the motion awareness mechanism scope.

5e56e985f6 HbmManager: Configure compensation_filter_horizon to 3500 
Current user study suggested that we increase the response time and also
the threshold for the compensation images. The patch increases the
filter horizon to 3500 and changes the first level to 15k lux.

0bf6728d9d thermal: set emul_temp when thermal-disabled prop is enabled 
powerhint will re-enable skin-therm-cpu after device reboot, so we need
to set emul_temp to prevent triggering CPU throttling for perf PTS test.
