taimen: Define fstab.hardware

Browse Source 
* Since walleye and taimen require repartitioning
so the definition of the system_ext is also different, we need different fstab adjustments,
on the other hand this is necessary because we are no longer mounting from the kernel side.
* Switch to eucalyptus kernel
