wifi:walleye: Remove obsolete disable_scoring_for_roam

Browse Source 
disable_scoring_for_roam is renamed to enable_scoring_for_roam
from the code and enabled by default.
Hence, remove the obsolete ini item disable_scoring_for_roam.
