5920105381 Add config option for always on display availability. 
By default it's false since always on display requires special tuning,
but we've done that for M / W so set it to true.

4763652d85 Use BOARD_VENDOR_KERNEL_MODULES for kernel modules. 
This way modules.dep will also be generated for these kmodules.

Test: builds, boots, and lsmod shows loaded modules.

4b2796fac7 updating auto-brightness control points. 
- The new control points are obtained based on fitting a neural network
on data collected from marlin and sailfish devices.
- Based on evaluations, compared to the previous control points, the new
ones achieve lower rmse and higher r-squared values in predicting
desired brightness values.

270bb04874 power_profile: Fix device overlays 
Overlays listed first take precedence over overlays listed later.
List muskie/walleye overlays before adding common overlays. Also,
resources outside of the "values" directory are overlayed by the
file so copy the data in power_profile.xml under wahoo to
muskie/walleye.
