dc7e025cd5 rtwo: Moving core 64 bit only makefile 
Moving the corresponding core_64_bit_only make file after removing the
entry from the common64.mk file. This is to enable the GSI components for
64 bit option available.

b135ce2440 rtwo: Drop COMMON_LUNCH_CHOICES 
As of 14 QPR2 this is broken, let's remove it instead of updating it
every 3 months. breakfast is the way to go.

9085bd8b9b rtwo: Drop MotCamera4 
Unfortunately, QPR2 seems to cause this app to randomly crash when checking
for aux cameras and I don't currently see a fix, so let's drop it for now
until a solution can be found
