09ee00e236 rtwo: unset BOARD_USERDATAIMAGE_PARTITION_SIZE 
This not only saves a lot of build time when building with
TARGET_USERIMAGES_SPARSE_EXT_DISABLED and/or
TARGET_USERIMAGES_SPARSE_F2FS_DISABLED which is required
on A14, but also removes the need for the build system to
temporarily create a 230+GB userdata image.
Which means that less free space is required to start the
build.

This feature is gone in A14 completely, no need to mark it as
unavailable.

bdfa407ffe rtwo: Replace board flag for building GKI modules 
Android 14 introduced BOARD_SYSTEM_KERNEL_MODULES and it conflicts with
the currently implemented GKI handling setup, so workaround and migrate
to SYSTEM_KERNEL_MODULES.

bcd83595f6 rtwo: Split up MotCamera4.apk 
Unfortunately the 100MB filesize limit is causing us grief here, so we must
split up the blobs within the MotCamera4.apk to reduce the size of it...

This also breaks HDR10 Video Recording, so that feature will also be disabled.

8c5317dbcc rtwo: Swap thermal config for rtwo-game-perf 
The default thermal-engine-rtwo.conf is way too agressive with throttling that the performance
is way too low for any users trying to play 3D games on a Snapdragon 8gen2 runs almost as slow as
a SD 8gen1+, so let's swap to the rtwo-game-perf config as when we compared the configs it
allows for a better performance to thermal balance. We also checked rtwo-perf but that one
was more of a "let's get the highest scores in a benchmark and turn the device into a
handwarmer" kind of thermal config.

5d62f9130c rtwo: Correct secure MSM kernel modules loading stages 
This now matches securemsm-kernel configs for kalama.
Essentially, QCOM explicitly loads hdcp_qseecom_dlkm in recovery
and also decided to load qrng_dlkm in the first-stage in order
to improve booting times.

8c09ec8bbf rtwo: Switch blobs to RETUS 
Some edge+ users are saying that WiFi won't work for them using RETAIL or RETEU blobs,
so let's switch to RETUS blobs as other variants still work on those

f5e3530b33 rtwo: Properly include and load GKI modules 
This allows GKI modules to be copied to GKI module partition,
that is system_dlkm.
