Bruno Martins 0dde171bdb sm8550-common: Remove obsolete ro.charger prop ...

The health AIDL HAL service is not allowed to read ro.charger.*
system properties. Moreover, suspend and resume for charger mode
is enabled by default in the QTI healthd-ext.
